It's been a long time I don't update :)

I've so many experience at many place..

Eat activity, of course. I'll give some recommendation.

Here,

A. Mr. Curry

(West Mall Level 3A, Grand Indonesia | Shopping Mall, Jakarta)

This restaurant is a Modern Japanese restaurant that serves a huge variety of different mango based curry dishes made with Japanese ingredients (www.ismayagroup.com). They have 4 kinds of Curry Sauce :

1. Original Curry Sauce

2. Red Curry Sauce (with tomato)

3. White Curry Sauce (with milk)

4. Black Curry Sauce (with Squid's Ink)

Last time, I ordered Salmon Cheese with Original Curry ★★★☆☆*

It tastes good and one of their recommendation.

B. The Goods Dept Café

(Plaza Indonesia Extention Level 4 #14)

A usual Café and Bar the center of the store. Chef Erlene Susanto has created an ecletic menu inspired by California-Style comfort food and locally available ingredients. (www.thegoodsdept.com)

I tried Red Velvet Cupcakes ★★★★☆

It's so delicious :D

C.Ismaya Catering Café
(East Mall Level 1, Grand Indonesia | Shopping Mall, Jakarta)

Selecting and creating the right menu with Ismaya Catering Co. is a mouth watering experience (www.ismayagroup.com)

Sometimes I work here, althought in the Café or their Catering. My favorite from Ismaya Café is Red Velvet Cupcakes. But, last time I didn't order it.

I ordered Triple Chocolate Pie ★★★★★ and Hot Chocolate with Whipped ★★★☆☆

D. Coffee Toffee®

With the concept of local coffee shop modern nuances.Indonesia 100% local company (www.coffeetoffee.co.id)

This place is comfortable. I ordered: Long Black ★★★☆☆, Cappuccino ★★★☆☆, and French Fries Spicy Mayo ★★★★☆.

Smoked Beef Sandwich with Cheese

This morning I made sandwich for breakfast to my boarding house's friends and my self.

I was helped by Mario Tanu, thanks yo.. :))

Basically, to make Sandwich is not hard. It's so simple. you can put or add anything you want.

In this sandwich, I just added those simple ingredients.

Here is the recipe!

Smoked Beef Sandwich with Cheese

(for 3-5 person)

per serving = 205 mg of calcium, 363 mg of calorie

time of cook = 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

- 10 pieces of Bread (toast it)

- 5 pieces of Smoked Beef

- 5 pieces of Cheese Slice

- 3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Mustard

- 1/2 onion (cut into small-pieces)

- Tomato sauce & Chili Sauce (if you like it)

- Pepper

How to Make:

1. Fried the smoked beef

2. Mix in the bowl : mayonnaise, mustard, onion, and pepper

3. Take 1 piece of toasted bread, spread the mixed mayonnaise, put the cheese slice, put the smoked beef on the cheese

4. Take another piece of toasted bread, spread the tomato sauce & chili sauce, stack with the first piece, and press a little

5. Cut into 2 triangles and serve it

If you like to add some lettuce or tomato or pickles, etc. just add it.

It must be very delicious ^^

I took about 20 minutes to make this breakfast, maybe you can try it.

Today Exam

My exam for today was Great!

The lessons that I wrote this morning, didn't out.

well, it was, but not much..

but the calculations, all of them, out.

Thank God.

Today not much happened.

at 4.00 in the evening, we attended for meeting.

I as Treasurer from 3BC (Trisakti Bartending Club) had to join the meeting.

The meeting was not too long, and I enjoyed it.

before I went to the meeting, I had my -middle- lunch and dinner.

I made a Jumbo instant noodle with 4 cayenne pepper and extra Crushed Chili.

It's Extra Extra Spicy..

I didn't take the photo, because i was starve. hehehe

oh yes, this morning, I made Smoked Beef Sandwich with Cheese..

later, I'll post the recipe.. It was a nice breakfast..

My boarding house's friends enjoyed it. :D

The Choco Ball

The day before yesterday, I've made Choco Ball.

The Real name was Rum Ball, but I didn't put the rum in that, so I called it Choco Ball.

I got this recipe from "Menu Cinta" book..

let me write the recipe for you..

Choco Ball

Ingredients:

-8 pieces Marie Biscuit

-2 tablespoons of Butter (Melted)

-Condensed Milk (Chocolate or Full Cream)

-Sprinkle (chocolate or color)

How to Make:

1. Crumble the biscuit

2. Pour the melted butter into the crumbed biscuit

3. Add the condensed milk, stir with spoon (or hands)

4. Shape the dough into balls

5. Put the sprinkle on the plate

6. Put the choco ball on the Sprinkle Plate, shake it.

7. Stack the Choco Ball, and serve it..

Today I'll have Cost Control exam. It's about how to order things or stuff at hotel store room, purchase department, and else..

I'll write some the definition, but with Indonesia.. :)

Monthly Inventory (Inventori bulanan) = untuk menghitung seluruh persediaan, baik yang ada di operation, maupun yang ada di store room.

Consumption Analysis = dibuat oleh bagian store room untuk memberitahukan kepada bagian yang memakai barang, apakah persediaan masih ada atau harus melakukan pembelian lagi.

Purchase Requisition = dibuat oleh bagian produksi/ yang memakai barang, yang ditujukan kepada bagian pembelian.

Market Survey = untuk mengecek harga pasar yang berlaku di pasar-pasar dan untuk mengetahui perkembangan tingkat harga di pasar, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai perbandingan terhadap harga penawaran supplier.

Quotation Analysis = untuk melakukan pemilihan rekanan-rekanan (Vendor Selection Chart) dan harus memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan:

-Rekanan telah menjalin hubungan dengan rekanan perusahaan

-Harga penawaran yang dapat menguntungkan perusahaan

-Dapat mengirim dengan tepat waktu

-beritikad baik

Purchase Order = Surat yang dibuat oleh bagian pembelian sesuai dengan purchase requisition dari bagian yang meminta barang.

Daily Receiving Report = laporan yang mencatat seluruh pengeluaran/ pemasukan barang dalam 1 hari.

Notice of Arrival = untuk memberitahukan kepada yang memesan barang, bahwa barangnya sudah sampai.

Store Room Requisition = dibuat oleh bagian yang akan menggunakan barang di store room, sebagai data pengeluaran barang dan mutasi pencatatan di gudang.

I think those are for the theory, and there are some calculations formula..

Oh by the way, the day before yesterday, I've got my salary, and I treated my mom with my own salary. I'm so happy. :)

I ordered Chicken Schnitzel, my mom ordered Tenderloin Steak Import..

maybe you should try, it's quite good.. :)

Cheesy Spaghetti

here is the recipe

Cheesy Spaghetti

(for 1 portion)

per serving = 486 mg of Calcium, 506 of Calorie

time of cook = 20 minutes

Ingredients:

-40 gr Spaghetti (you can change it with macaroni or others) boiled (7 minutes or Al Dente) and drained it

-1 teaspoon butter or margarine

-100 ml Milk, mix it with 1 egg

-25 gr Mozarella Cheese, cut into small pieces

-20 gr Cheddar Cheese, grated (for topping)

-Salt & Pepper

How to Make:

1. Melted the butter, put the spaghetti, pour the milk and egg, put the Mozarella Cheese, cook until the cheese melted, put salt & pepper.

2. Stir, and lift after thickens.

3. Put the grated cheese on the top and serve it.

this recipe is quite easy, you can try this by your self

when I woke up this morning, I opened this book:

Kraft® Bread & Breakfast

I cooked one of the recipe for me and my friends breakfast.

I cooked pasta. spaghetti.

I call it Cheesy Spaghetti although in the book use Macaroni and call it Macaroni Kraft®.

and by the way, I live in boarding house, Saniyah House..

what I cooked was not enough for my friends breakfast, I'm sorry for that, next time I'll make a lot..

2nd Day of Exam

Now, it's about 1:37 am Jakarta Time.

I'll have an exam at 1 pm. what is it call? Organizational Behaviour? hahaha.

whatever it calls..

I don't study yet.

well, maybe I'll cheat to my friends, if I have the strength enough to look at their sheet.

writing on my blog is maybe will become my new hobby than writing answer of the question on my test sheet..

oh, by the way, tomorrow I think I'm gonna cook Pasta.
